Dried Flower on Celulose Mat


With the leftover blue tea I decided to add the flowers and see what was the drying process.
There was a little mold spot, but I decided to dry it out just to see. This was the first instance that I encounter mold on my Bacterial Cellulose.

****Since I'm not drinking the Kombucha it was ok to let it dry. I used gloves throughout the process to ensure there was no cross contamination with other batches.

**Update October 4, I added bleach and killed the mold.
